Terms and conditions

Caravan for rent:
Before issuing the caravan we will compose a Vehicle Rental Agreement. 
In order to confirm the reservation, the Renter is required to make a prepayment. When the Renter cancels the reservation up to a week before the start of the rental period, the Renter will pay the reservation fee of 10% of the price of the rental period.

The lessor has the right to cancel the reservation when the customer does not pay deposit or pre-sales invoice on time.
Rental fee can be paid by invoice before the rental period by bank transfer or in cash on the spot.
Commercial lessee shall pay a deposit of 300€. Deposit will be returned after the lease ends.
The rental fee is calculated as whole days, a minimum lease period of 3 days.
Price includes caravan traffic insurance.
Trailers are appropriate to use with category B driving licenses, when weight does not exceed 3500kg.
Renter must have a valid driver's license and at least 21 years of age and driving experience of
minimum 2 years.
Renter is obliged to use the caravan for a proper ways and return it - clean and in excellent conditions.
Renter is obliged to inform the rental company, when needed to travel outside the Republic of Estonia, and to conclude written contract before the rental period.
Renter is required to review the caravan before being put into service and to insure good state.
Smoking is forbidden!

ATV Rent
Before Issuing the ATV we will compose a Vehicle Rental Agreement. Lessee is obligated to confirm reservation prepayment 30% of the bill.
Bookings can be made via e-mail at info@seikluspuhkus.ee
The lessor as the right to cancel the reservation when the customer does not pay on time deposit or pre-sales invoice.
Rental fee can be paid by invoice before the rental period by bank transfer or in cash on the spot.
Commercial lessee shall pay a deposit of 200€. Deposite will be returned after the lease ends.
Price includes ATV traffic insurance.
The driver has to have a valid B driving licenses and at least 21 years of age and driving experience of minimum 2 years.
Renter is obliged to use the ATV for a proper ways and return it - clean and inexellent conditions
Renter is required to review the ATV before being put into use to insure good state.

Retro vehicles for rent:
Before Issuing the vehicle we will compose a Vehicle Rental Agreement. The lessee is obligated to make an advance payment of 30% of the bill on the booking confirmation. Bookings can be made via e-mail at info@seikluspuhkus.ee
The lessor has the right to cancel the reservation, if the client does not pay on time deposit or pre-sales invoice.
Rental fee can be paid by invoice of the bill before the rental period by bank transfer or in cash on the spot.
Renter must pay deposit of 200 € (ZAZ, Zhiguli, Moskvich) and 400 € (Beach Buggy) it will be returned after the lease ends.
Rental fee is calculated as whole days, the minimum rental period is one day.
Price includes traffic insurance for the vehicle.
Renter must have a valid driver's license, for at least 21 years of age and driving experience of minimum 2 years.
The lessee is obliged to use the vehicle prudently and return the vehicle in the same state that it was - a clean and healthy.
The lessee is obliged to notify their intention to travel outside of Estonia and coordinate it in writing before the rental period.
The lessee is obliged to look at the vehicle before being put into service, and to confirm its suitability and tidy state.
It is prohibited to smoke in the car.

Caravan recreation area:
Before Issuing the caravan we will compose a Vehicle Rental Agreement. The lessee is obligated to make an advance payment of 30% of the bill on the booking confirmation. Bookings can be made via e-mail at info@seikluspuhkus.ee
Prepayment (s) and pre-sales invoice (s) must be paid by invoice date.
The lessor has the right to cancel the reservation, if the client does not pay on time deposit or pre-sales invoice.
Rental fee can be paid before the rental period by bank transfer or in cash on the spot.
Hire period begins at 12:00 and ends at 10:00 the next day.
Rental fee is calculated as whole days, The minimum rental period is one day.
Caravan can book persons aged 18 years and older.
The lessee is obliged to use caravan prudently and return in the same state!
Smokeing is forbidden!
